- We will provide information to help you to learn about medical conditions and healthy lifestyles.
- If we cannot speak your language we will try to find someone who can.
- We will treat all our customers fairly, inclusively and with respect.
- If you have a complaint we will deal with it promptly by fully investigating the situation and endeavouring to resolve the issue within 10 days.
