ABC Pharmacy charge a delivery fee of £2.95 to cover the cost of postage and packaging.

However, for orders greater than £40 in value, delivery is free (except if alternative delivery methods are chosen for exceptionally heavy parcels or Special Delivery is chosen).

Your order will be delivered to you by Royal Mail. Once it has been dispatched from our pharmacy we will send you an email. To check the progress of your order if sent Special Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked click on the Royal Mail Tracking Service web link that you will find on the email you receive from us.

Type in the 13 digit tracking reference and you will be advised of the delivery status and from which Post Office the delivery will be made. If you are not at home to receive your delivery the Post Office will leave you a card to indicate that they have tried to deliver it.

All orders placed before 10am should reach you within 3 working days. However, if we do not have an item in stock we will advise you by email before processing your order. Special delivery orders must be received before 12 noon to be sent out next day. If delivery cannot be made we will email you.

Please note that orders with the following products may take longer as they are sometimes ordered especially for your order:

Mobility Aids: Add 2 working days
Electronic Goods: Add 2 working days
Fragrances: Add 1 working day

If products in your order are delayed or have a manufacture’s delay you will be first notified by email within 2 working days and an expected delivery date.

If you have ordered more than one item we will deliver the available products to you and advise you of the delayed item on the invoice sent with delivery; you may then choose to have that item delivered as soon as it becomes available or have an immediate refund – all refunds can only be made to the card with which goods were purchased.

The maximum weight that can be transported using the Royal Mail Tracked Service is 5kg, if your order is heavier than this we will contact to you to inform you which delivery method will be used.

Delivery by a courier of your own choice will be incurred at your own cost.
